High School

Gr 7 - Gr 12

“Cultivate these things. Immerse yourself in them. The people will all see you mature right before their eyes! Keep a firm grasp on both your character and your teaching. Don’t be diverted.

Just keep at it. Both you and those who hear you will experience salvation.”

(1 Timothy 4:15-16)

High School

The world is changing rapidly and with more complexity than ever before. Young adults today are bombarded daily with new information, ideals, and values through technology, social media, global issues, and peer influences. Today’s youth are faced with uncertainty in their future. Understanding this challenge is paramount in helping to shape the learning landscape necessary for 21st-century skills and personal growth.

At RBCS we believe that there should not be a separation between intellectual and character education. Jesus Christ is the full and complete revelation of the character of God, and He is worthy to be imitated.

We believe young adults can cultivate: … A new level of thinking and learning through a school experience that contains rigor, relevance, and relationship.

Purpose is realized and shaped in a variety of settings including the classroom, our Ignite Arts programs, and assemblies. Giving students a voice enables them to articulate and fine-tune their perspectives about themselves, others, and the world.

Grade Ambassador initiatives, leadership portfolios, sports teams, and other classroom forums help students to express and shape their unique voices.

Academic Programme

Rigorous assessment standards as prescribed by the Independent Examinations Board (IEB) ensure high-quality skills, creativity, and critical thinking development as well as knowledge acquisition. Relevant learning experiences presented from a Biblical Worldview connect students to a growing body of knowledge and perspectives in the world and help them to understand how their curriculum connects to the real world. Relationships that are meaningful, positive, and professional allow for successful collaboration, networking, and personal growth experiences.
